**Position Summary**

Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience across various digital platforms. Your creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and promoting the services of CDG and affiliated companies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with executives and internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed to support digital initiatives.
- Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for digital platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and company websites in various multi-media formats.
- Working with and directing a Photographer/Videographer.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to company websites.
- Generating and posting content in alignment with the companies’ views/values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative digital tools to enhance marketing strategies.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice across various social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic to specific landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Any additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

**Key Competencies**
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, Google Analytics, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital advertising principles, and SEO/SEM best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Construction and Real-Estate industry is an asset.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, and/or, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

**Working Conditions**
- Typical office hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on business requirements.
- Light to infrequently moderate physical effort. Requires handling of light and moderate weight objects including office equipment and other office supplies and, frequently, sitting for prolonged periods of time while using the telephone and computer.
