Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping seniors and individuals with special needs maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, such as caregiving or working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings
- Knowledge of dementia care is a plus

**Skills**:

- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
