**Responsibilities**:
**As our Network Technician, you will be responsible for**:

- Collaborating with peers to execute daily operations and special projects
- Updating and maintaining network equipment
- Maintaining and resolving issues on LAN/WAN, VPN remote connectivity, VoIP telephone, and AV system connections
- Ensuring desktop and laptop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems
- Coordinating with vendors to resolve technical problems with network equipment and software
- Maintaining records of client’s information systems and ensuring compliance at all levels within project teams
- Sharing knowledge, discoveries, ideas, challenges, and solutions with peers, managers, and executives
- Support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks and in house servers

Qualifications:
**Qualifications required**:

- University degree or diploma in computer science, information systems or a related field, and typically 5 or more years of related experience; or combination of formal education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Expertise in a Windows Server environment
- In depth knowledge of VMWare vCenter required
- Ability to evaluate and install computer hardware, network software, and operating system software
- Excellent attention-to-detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
- General hours are Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM, however provide assistance after hours and on weekends as required.
