**You’re good at**:

- Leading teams and driving performance to achieve organizational goals.
- Building strong supplier relationships and managing negotiations effectively.
- Using data-driven insights to optimize processes and solve complex problems.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and industry standards in procurement practices.
- Collaborating across departments to foster a community of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**What you have**:

- 5+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience and 3+ years of management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or related fields (preferred).
- Completed courses or certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, SCMA).
- Proficiency in SYSPRO ERP system and strong working knowledge of MRP, BOM structures, and ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and data analytics for procurement and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
