Install Coordinator

The Install Coordinator at Kraun will support our Business and Home Electric customers, ensuring the highest level of service.
The Install Coordinator role has one primary function - coordinating and setting up installation jobs for success.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Update databases as needed, ensuring "live-time" information
- Collect payment from customers
- Schedule all install jobs, ensuring optimization of resources
- Manage the permit process, including scheduling and providing documentation
- Request Hydro permits, spot sheets, disconnects and reconnects
- Submit locate requests to the appropriate utility company
- Work closely with Purchasing to ensure required material or equipment is available
- Effectively communicate pertinent information with managers, team members, and customers to
ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist Home Projects Manager with administrative duties (e.g. Progress Invoicing)
- Cover team member vacations as needed
- Solve problems using critical thinking, initiative, and a drive for excellence.
- Stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist Team Leads with calendar management, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years working in administration assistance or project coordination
- Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Passes background screening, including previous employment, education, and criminal history
**Required Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams)
- High aptitude for learning new software and comfortable in a paperless environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines and meet them
- Consistent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships inside and outside the organization
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Handles stressful situations with accuracy and approachability
- Analytical and robust problem-solving ability
- Takes initiative, looking for opportunities to assist others and improve processes
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities
- Maintains confidentiality.
