**Job Summary**

Tri-County Mennonite Homes is a leader in providing services to seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. With dedicated staff and volunteers, we operate three divisions: Greenwood Court in Stratford, Nithview Community in New Hamburg, and Aldaview Services in New Hamburg. **Job **Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement innovative analytical reporting solutions from multiple software packages
- Design and produce regular reports and dashboards in PowerBI
- Build reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data driven insights to users (e.g., visualization solutions of data into reports, graphics, dashboards to illustrate facts, trends, and insights)
- Set up individual access, reports and dashboards in PowerBI for users in all departments, including Clinical, Maintenance, Nutritional Services, Recreation, Payroll, and Corporate Services
- Work mostly independently
- Think creatively and propose new solutions
- Provide verbal and written education on using PowerBI for Corporate Services team members
- Create reports in SharePoint
- Educate users to utilize different options in MS Teams

**Required Skills**:

- Strong financial and analytical skills and interest are necessary
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI and Excel
- Experience using MS Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of SQL is an asset
- Knowledge with Payroll, Data Management, Analytics, and Project Management is a plus
