**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and driven **Product Owner** to lead the development and evolution of our innovative E-Learning platform. As the **Product Owner**, you will be the bridge between our business stakeholders, development teams, and users, guiding the product's vision, strategy, and features. This role requires a deep understanding of E-Learning technologies, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Vision and Strategy:

- Define and communicate the long-term vision, goals, and roadmap for the E-Learning platform, considering market trends, user needs, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align the product strategy with the company's overall mission.
- Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:

- Engage with stakeholders, including educators, learners, and internal teams, to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- User-Centric Design:

- Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the platform's features and functionalities deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Work closely with the Product and Development team to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Agile Development Collaboration:

- Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, clarifying requirements, answering questions, and providing ongoing guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Feature Definition and Documentation:

- Create clear and comprehensive user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that guide development efforts.
- Maintain an up-to-date product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most current priorities and requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Iteratively refine the product based on data-driven insights and user behavior.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy, effective product launches, and consistent messaging.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the E-Learning industry to identify potential areas of differentiation and innovation.

**What Qualifications do you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the E-Learning or EdTech industry.
- Deep understanding of E-Learning technologies, learning management systems, and user experience design principles.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a track record of successfully delivering products in iterative development cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align product initiatives with business goals.
- Passion for education and a strong interest in staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work well and communicate efficiently within a team in a remote setting using online messaging systems, project management software, and cloud office suites (i.e., Google Hangouts, Trello, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Drive)
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to appropriately conform to required document formatting using Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
- Proficiency/experience in using Google Suite (i.e., Google Drive, Sheets & Docs) is required
