**Job Duties**:

- Submitting invoices in electronic format with attachments to customers
- Allocating payments and tracking outstanding balances
- Communicating with customers about the inquiries regarding invoices and work orders
- Communicating with operations regarding work orders and work completed
- Investigating and correcting omissions and errors
- Helping with basic accounting functions, such as deposits, scanning receipts, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic education in accounting/bookkeeping
- Some years experience in billing or bookkeeping
- Desirable but not required experience in QuickBooks (we will teach)
- Proven success working independently and part of a team
- Strong problem solving and organization skills
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Bilingual is an asset

**Please indicate your desired compensation range**

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
