**Your opportunity**:
Under the supervision of the Lead Coordinator, Co-Curricular Learning, the Program Associate supports the development and delivery of the programs, services and resources of both the co-curricular and academic initiatives teams at the Centre for Community Partnerships (CCP).

The Program Associate will provide administrative, promotional, partnerships and programs support for community-engaged learning initiatives at the Centre for Community Partnerships. The person in this role will work closely with the co-curricular team to support student outreach and engagement as well as program design and delivery. The Program Associate in thisrole will also be responsible for updating student-facing platforms (including websites and newsletters). They will also research, recommend and organize materials for student, faculty, staff and community partner programs and resources.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Determining logístical details and activities for events and/or programming
- Implementing plans and process improvements for program and service activities
- Coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate execution of seminars and workshops
- Developing content for marketing and/or promotional materials
- Fostering cooperative working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contacts
- Maintaining information on digital platforms
- Responding to enquiries within the defined scope of the role and redirecting as appropriate

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years recent related experience in an experiential learning environment, with an emphasis on implementation, within a post-secondary institution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community-engaged learning (CEL, also known as Service
- Learning) pedagogy.
- At least one year of experience in supporting programs for post-secondary students.
- At least one year of experience supporting the creation of learning resources for post-secondary students, faculty or staff.
- Demonstrated experience undertaking literature reviews, environmental scans and annotated bibliographies.
- Computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, database and other data management tools, listserv, and website content management.
- Event planning, research skills, attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated and professional; exert discretion, sound judgement and tact when dealing with students, staff, faculty and community partners on and off campus.
- Ability to take initiative to design new processes and resources.
