**Role Overview**

Bonsai is growing rapidly. We're working with the world's largest publishers and content platforms to define and develop the new category of embedded/distributed commerce.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager Associate to become an integral and influential part of our team and our broader development community. You will help drive company strategy, align teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver on multiple complex projects.

As Technical Program Manager Associate at Bonsai, you will:

- Organize and track jobs, clarify project scopes, proactively manage risks, manage project escalations, ruthlessly prioritize tasks, and problem-solve
- Support roadmap-planning process
- Contributing ideas to product development initiatives
- Solve complex business problems within allocated time and budget
- Manage through Agile methodologies
- Interpret technical needs of other partners

We're looking for someone who is/has:

- Experience in product development planning
- Ability to collaborate with engineers
- Experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration
- Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues
- Knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Worked within an Agile environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

**Location**
- Canada, Remote (EST hours +/- 3h)
- Flexible hours available
