**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a strategic and trusted business partner to GroupM Nexus and Trading leadership for driving growth and in achieving long term strategic and financial objectives of the business while aligning with GroupM Canada overall strategy and achieving budget and forecasts.
- Contribute and collaborate in business development initiatives
- Develop robust forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring budgets, forecasts and other reports are delivered as per the deadline
- Improve month end closing process and ensure compliance with ICFR and other policies and procedures.
- Continuously find out areas of operational efficiencies and drive implementation initiatives
- Review operational and business workflows and processes with a view of driving consistency, efficiencies and compliance to internal trading policies and clients’ contracts
- Collaborate with GroupM CCO to review client deals / scopes with a view of longer-term client relationship hence generating long term sustainable business growth
- Implement strategies developed by GroupM CCO to accelerate commercial growth and profitability
- Be an approver for relevant financial and commercial transitions in line with the internal approval matrix
- Manage all client audits, WPP IA and ICFR reviews and ensure clear audit reports
- Work closely with GroupM finance teams to meet all regional, global commercial and financial reporting deadline

**About Yourself**:

- Business and finance qualification
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Proactive with evidence of having managed a complex matrix environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
- Proven track record of making organizational change
