**JOB FUNCTION AND DUTIES**:

- Motivate staff to execute an exceptional level of service leading to a direct increase in loyal, repeat customers.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Train volunteers on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Nurture friendly relationships with staff, clients, and alumni to increase use of cafe

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous work experience as a Cafe Manager or barista considered an asset
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines an asset
- Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- High school diploma
