We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cafe Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the Coffee Shop.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or food service is an asset, as is certification in Food Safe handling. Additionally, some lived experience with personal or family addiction may be beneficial in providing empathetic support to our patients.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50, with opportunities for career growth and development within our organization. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a yearly allowance for mental health and addiction services, employee assistance programs, paid time off, and access to fitness facilities.
