Tractor Wagon Ride Operator

Our tractor-wagon rides are a highlight, offering a tour of our beautiful surroundings. We are looking for a dynamic and engaging individual to join our team as a Tractor Wagon Ride Operator. This role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, is excellent with both kids and adults, and has a passion for creating memorable experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate the Tractor Wagon Ride, following all safety protocols.
- Provide engaging and informative commentary during rides, captivating audiences of all ages.
- Interact with guests, answering questions and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the tractor and wagons to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Assist with the coordination of ride schedules and manage boarding and disembarking of guests.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating tractors and other heavy machinery safely.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to speak in front of crowds engagingly.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer service orientation.
- Must love working with children and have the ability to interact positively with guests of all ages.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
