We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager with expertise in SAP solutions to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and management of our SAP product portfolio, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients and remain at the forefront of industry standards and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our SAP BTP solutions, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements for our SAP BTP product portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the SAP solutions space.
- Requirement
- Work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, translating them into actionable product initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive the development and launch of new SAP solutions and features.
- Define the value proposition and positioning of our SAP BTP solutions, ensuring clear differentiation and competitive advantage in the market.
- Engage with key customers and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships that drive product success and loyalty.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of our SAP BTP solutions through rigorous testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of our SAP BTPsolutions, analyzing data and feedback to drive ongoing optimization and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on SAP solutions and enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of SAP technologies and platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, SAP Cloud Platform, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SAP products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

Responsable Produit Senior - SAP BTP

Nous recherchons un Responsable Produit Senior hautement motivé et expérimenté, possédant une expertise dans les solutions SAP, pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez le développement et la gestion de notre portefeuille de produits SAP BTP, en veillant à ce que nos solutions répondent aux besoins évolutifs de nos clients et restent à la pointe des normes de l'industrie et de l'innovation.

Responsabilités:

- Développer et exécuter une stratégie produit complète pour nos solutions SAP BTP, en alignement avec les tendances du marché, les besoins des clients et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Définir et prioriser les fonctionnalités et les améliorations pour notre portefeuille de produits SAP BTP, en collaborant avec les parties prenantes pour garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques et l'allocation des ressources.
- Effectuer des recherches de marché et des analyses concurrentielles pour identifier les opportunités de différenciation et d'innovation dans l'espace des solutions SAP.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients, les équipes de vente et d'autres parties prenantes pour recueillir les exigences et les retours d'informations, en les traduisant en initiatives produit exploitables.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment l'ingénierie, le design, le marketing et les ventes, pour piloter le développement et le lancement de nouvelles solutions et fonctionnalités SAP.
- Définir la proposition de valeur et le positionnement de nos solutions SAP BTP, en veillant à une différenciation claire et un avantage concurrentiel sur le marché.
- S'engager avec les clients et les partenaires clés pour comprendre leurs besoins, recueillir des retours d'informations et établir des relations solides qui favorisent le succès et la fidélité du produit.
