**Scheduling Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**
- Work under the direction of the Supervisor to perform a variety of scheduling and administrative support functions and provide home support services to clients and long term care cites
- Plan and adjust Community care workers schedules in advance or day of and allocate work assignments in accordance with client referrals, care plans
- Respond to inquiries related to the scheduling
- Maintain records for staff, complete appropriate documentation to process employee transactions such as requests for vacation, sick leave, and leaves of absence.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative role medical office is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3S 6T4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
