We provide a performance-based incentive plan with the ability to earn more

Primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying prospective customers and setting up appointments for our sales agents - Lead Generation.
Outbound calls to book appointments with hot leads/potential prospects
Achieve monthly quota of qualified appointments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year outbound Call Centre, inside sales or outside sales experience or lead generation
- Professional and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed performance and targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude & team player
- Results-orientated
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Sunday - Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- 8 hour shift

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Location**: One location

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

- Weekends as needed
