Practice Manager

Job Overview:
Are you passionate about veterinary medicine and dedicated to providing top-notch care to animals and their owners? We are seeking a Veterinary Medicine Manager to join our team and lead the charge in creating a positive and supportive culture while prioritizing exceptional client care.
As the Veterinary Medicine Manager, your main focus will be on cultivating a workplace environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with our veterinary team to ensure that our hospital operates smoothly and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on providing outstanding service to our clients and their beloved pets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead by example in delivering high-quality veterinary care and exceptional client service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to excel.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement, morale, and professional development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Developing and managing the practice budget. Including revenue projections, expense tracking and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to develop and implement protocols for patient care, client communication, and follow-up.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate hospital processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work collaboratively
