We are looking to hire a full-time, full cycle **Bookkeeper **to join our growing team.

This position is in our Surrey office with hours of Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

**Role of this position**:
Under the direction of the Office/HR Manager, the bookkeeper is responsible for all functions pertaining to bookkeeping with some administration duties included.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop experience a must.
- Proven experience as a full cycle bookkeeper in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep financial records accurate and confidential.
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Post journal entries
- Year end preparations and recording
- Reconcile accounts
- Payroll and benefit administration
- Tax and monthly payments - GST, Corporate, Liabilities, EHT, WCB
- Work with multiple company accounts
- Administrating data in our CRM program (Procore)
- Other office admin duties as needed
- Be honest, organized, efficient, and dependable.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Demonstrate good judgement with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Desire to improve and grow with the company.
- Have reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.75-$30.95 per hour
