**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and developing enterprise-wide data analysis and reporting solutions
- Extending the company’s datasets with third party sources of information when needed
- Reviewing, processing, cleansing, verifying and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources
- Build relationships across teams to leverage and extend existing analytical research
- Communicating analysis results and making recommendations to teammates and senior management to identify BI’s impact to the organization
- Providing useful reports with self-identified demographics to help Product teams on decision making
- Doing ad-hoc analysis or reports and presenting results
- Selecting features, building, and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques
- Automating repetitive reports/tasks via Data Visualization tools such as Tableau
- Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years of hands-on data analytics experience
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik - Tableau Certification a plus
- Writing complex queries with PostgreSQL, Oracle or MySQL databases
- Applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc. is a plus
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills
- A curious, continuous improvement mindset with previous experience in a business analysis role
- Very strong business and technical (data) analysis techniques - e.g., root cause, process mapping
- The ability to work independently - you’ll be a self-starter, and time manager who can successfully deal with competing priorities
- A good understanding of data, data lakes, data marts and ETL processes
- Self-driven, with demonstrated ability to deliver an ambiguous projects and projects/requests where the underlying data is incomplete
- Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
- A level of education, training, or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline and a minimum of years (4) years of recent experience in a similar role in information management or business analysis which includes at least three (3) years in data warehousing and business intelligence. Related experience in a online gambling or gaming field preferred.

- Data Warehouse design experience

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
