Vancouver, Canada Ignite Technical Resources. Full time

Ignite Technical is growing and we need to add (at least) one more Recruiter to our team. This role will put you in the driver’s seat of a rewarding career in the rapidly growing technology industry.

**Main duties of the role**:

- ** Networking**: leverage Ignite Technical’s suite of tools and technologies to proactively identify top technical talent across Canada.
- ** Recruitment**: effectively match your growing network of IT Professionals with the hiring needs of Ignite Technical’s portfolio of clients - from large multinationals to local start-ups.
- ** Relationship Building**:develop your own ‘tribe’ of Canadian IT Professionals and build your reputation as a go-to source for industry expertise and employment.
- ** 2+ years of Sales Experience**: A demonstrated ability to empathize with your audience as well as a good understanding of the negotiation process will be key to being successful in the role. This includes inside sales or retail sales.
- ** 1+ years of Recruitment Experience**:coming into the role with a demonstrated understanding of the recruitment process and hiring cycle will give you a head start in this role. We have a slight preference for agency experience, but industry experience works great too.

**Other qualifications** that would be an asset, but are not a requirement to being successful, include a demonstrated understanding of technology and a post-secondary degree or diploma.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- We pay a base **salary** that increases over time, in addition to a generous **commission** structure (with no top-end) and a **bonus** system for top performers. We provide a generous amount of **paid time off**, which also increases over time.
