Client Project Manager

(Full Time, Permanent & Hybrid Position in Montreal)

**About Sherpa**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As Sherpa's face, voice, and ears, client project managers are central to our success. You will provide overall customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of the multiple projects we assign you.

Projects are recurring every year and span over 4 to 6 months. They require close follow-up with different departments on the client side, plus coordination with our development and production teams.
- Our customers entrust the success of their event to Sherpa, and we must deliver value on time, no matter what._

**As a client project manager, you will**:

- Manage your client’s expectations and concerns.
- Coordinate and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure all objectives are understood and executed accordingly.
- Keep a tight schedule and follow up on each deliverable and key milestones steps.
- Monitor and manage roadmaps and time budgets.
- Effectively address any questions, issues, and shifting priorities.
- Anticipate issues that might arise to address them in time.
- Identify ways to maximize efficiency and improve processes and quality.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure everything is running to their satisfaction and nurture strong relationships.
- Contribute to account growth and renewal.
- Debrief your client and Sherpa on spending, KPIs, issues, and recommendations.

**Your Qualifications and Skills**
- ‪‪Bachelor's degree
- Project Management Certification is a definite asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills (required to communicate with clients).
- Working skills in French are a must.
- Capacity to travel abroad on occasion (a valid passport is required).
- ‪Experience in the conference and tradeshow industry is a plus.
- Professional IT, SaaS, web, or mobile technology experience are assets.
