Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Project Manager.

**Your main responsibilities**:
Leading and managing multiple sub-projects and deliverables under a program manager
Collaborating with technology teams from multiple companies to ensure successful integration
Developing detailed project plans and migration plans
Coordinating across local, regional, and global projects and teams
Facilitating project meetings and tracking actions, plans, risks, and issues
Adhering to project lifecycle quality and policy standards
Creating and communicating executive-level project updates
Managing senior stakeholders and handling communications and escalations.

**Qualifications**:
Project management experience in IT infrastructure with various execution methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile/scrum, hybrid)
Hands-on knowledge in one or more technology areas
Experience in merger and technology integration
Excellent written and reporting skills
Ability to manage virtual team members from diverse backgrounds and locations
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel, MS Project)
Proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Familiarity with business processes and procedures
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility, self-motivation, and teamwork
