- About The JobIn the capacity of Receptionist, you will be a key member of the Corporate Services Team at our Corporate Head Office located at 4711 Yonge Street. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Service you will support the office services function, working closely with other Team members. The end objective is to provide excellent customer service to employees and guests.

This is an ideal entry-level role for the right person, i.e. someone looking to learn about the real estate industry, develop a passion for our Company’s culture and build a long-term career with Menkes

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Facilities Management - The role is a key member of the Team engaged in the following daily activities:

- Inspection of common areas including Staff Lounge, Serveries, Dining Rooms and Boardrooms to ensure standards of presentation, health and safety and hygiene are maintained.
- Inspection of office equipment including printer/copier devices and mail machine.
- Monitoring inventories of various types of supplies for the operation of the premises.
- Expense Management - updating various expense tracking databases.
- Employee Relations - participating in the planning and hosting of Company events.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
- 3+ years of progressive work experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook;
- A team player who is able to handle pressure with professionalism and tact.
