**The Role**

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our vibrant and growing Edmonton team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Supervisor has the following roles and responsibilities:

- Oversee site construction and on-site safety.
- Complete/oversee daily Tool Box Meetings.
- Oversee and enforce project safety as per the Occupational Health & Safety program on site, ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date, and collaborate with the Safety Supervisor as required.
- Work closely with the Construction, Design, Drafting and Estimating teams on all aspects of the project, as we take a very collaborative approach to our home building process.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable personnel to ensure purchase orders, invoicing and payables are timely and accurate.
- Work closely with our customers in a pre-construction and mid-construction capacity.
- Foster positive working relationships with existing and new trade partners.
- Communicate closely with planning departments and permit authorities. Arrange for inspections as required.
- Coordinate and schedule construction on site. Complete/update four-week look-ahead schedules.
- Complete various online daily reports.
- Conduct pre-construction, framing, pre-possession and possession meetings with our customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Keep quality control and quality assurance top of mind throughout the construction process and complete all required documentation on time.
- Complete post-possession items on the deficiency report in a professional and timely manner.

**Who You Are**
We can show you the ropes when it comes to day-to-day requirements, but your authenticity, communication skills, willingness to learn, and unparalleled work ethic will set you apart.
- Experience in building custom homes is considered an asset and we are keeping an eye out for those holding a Site Manager or CET Designation.
- You must be able to provide a valid, government-issued drivers license and a clean driver's abstract as you will be required to drive a company vehicle.
- You consider yourself a self-motivated and hardworking individual. Bonus points if you’re excited about working independently in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- You must be organized and have the ability to multi-task as you will be managing multiple projects at any given time.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety codes is an asset.
- You should be extremely detail-oriented if you want to thrive in this role.
- Strong verbal communication skills are key as you will be liaising with team members, trades, and customers regularly.
