Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un analyste de l’intégrité mécanique pour se joindre à notre équipe. L’analyste de l’intégrité mécanique travaillera sur les problèmes d’intégrité structurelle et mécanique, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les contraintes statiques et dynamiques, la mécanique de la fatigue et de la rupture, l’interaction entre la fatigue de fluage et le fluage. Ce poste nécessite également une interaction avec d’autres départements tels que les matériaux, la fabrication et la conception. Le poste sera principalement axé sur le développement de turbines à gaz, mais d’autres secteurs industriels seront également soutenus à mesure que l’entreprise se développera.

**Principales fonctions et responsabilités**:

- Effectuer des analyses thermiques, structurelles, de fluage et de fatigue sur des composantes statiques et rotatifs.
- Analyses linéaires et non linéaires (matériau, déformation et contact) à l’aide d’une AEF implicite
- Rend compte et présente les résultats, fournit des recommandations et des suggestions d’amélioration de la conception
- Interagit avec d’autres disciplines d’ingénierie et avec le client
- Soutient le groupe ou le chef de projet avec des estimations de projet, des informations sur la consommation budgétaire et fournit des mises à jour de l’état d’avancement du projet
- Rédiger la documentation pertinente (c.à-d. mémoires de conception, communiqués de données, rapports d’ingénierie, rapports de validation, rapports sur les risques)

**Exigences en matière d’études et d’expérience**:
**Exigences**:

- Conception, analyse et développement de turbines à gaz (ou autre industrie connexe) ;
- Bonne compréhension du comportement linéaire et non linéaire des matériaux, connaissances sur le transfert de chaleur ;
- Familier avec des évaluations de la durée de vie de la fatigue et du fluage ; **Bonne connaissance de l’analyse par éléments finis, des outils d’analyse thermique et des contraintes ;**
- Connaissance des modules de simulation et de conception avancés de Siemens NX (ou des outils connexes) ;

**Souhaitées**:

- Expérience des secteurs industriels (aérospatiale, automobile, défense, pétrole et gaz, etc.)
- Expérience avec l’AER explicite
- Connaissance d’autres forfaits FEA commerciaux que ce qui a déjà été mentionné ci-dessus, par exemple Hyperworks, Ansys, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-Dyna, etc.
- Connaissance des langages de programmation, par exemple Python, Matlab, PowerShell / Shell, script VBA (utilisé pour le post-traitement et l’automatisation)
- Membre d’une association d’ingénieurs ou admissible à devenir membre
