UV’s burgeoning e-commerce business requires an articulate, highly skilled Customer Service Representative who loves building solid customer relationships by providing support and guidance as they navigate our website.

**Responsibilities**

⮚ Processes merchandise adjustments, replacements, returns, prepare credit allowances/refund, and create invoices. Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions. Solve customer problems by finding best possible solutions within our systems

⮚ Support contact for Digital Content delivery, must be flexible, adaptive to change and able to handle shifting priorities with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, with short notice at times.

⮚ Complete all other administrative duties as needed with the ability to multitask while maintaining a high desire for quality work and accuracy; Must be able to prioritize.

⮚ Take on additional tasks as required with enthusiasm and completion in a timely manner.

**Skills and Requirements**

⮚ 2+ years customer service experience, preferable in B2C e-commerce environment

⮚ Customer focused, empathetic and solutions oriented with the ability to navigate complex issues

⮚ Exceptional telephone etiquette

⮚ Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills

⮚ Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

⮚ Comfortable working in a high-volume, detailed task environment with individual productivity goals

⮚ Effective social media communication skills

⮚ Proven ability to present information in a concise and succinct manner; structure and simplify complex info into key messages.

⮚ Above average Microsoft Excel, Word, and PC skills

⮚ Experience in the use of ERP systems is a requirement

⮚ Dedicated to excellent attendance arriving daily with an upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.

⮚ Remote work is NOT an option.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $32,240.00 per year
