**Job description**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Must possess exceptional technical understanding and troubleshooting skills relating to the motorcycle/ATV/UTV industry.
- Ability to work in teams and individually
- Communicate with team to develop strategies that will drive operational excellence and help reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot warranty and service issues with customers to determine causes and solve problem
- Troubleshoot and determine root cause for any product failure and quality issues.
- Compiles reports and analyze for corrective action
- Assisting as required for all internal engineering and project launches
- Create 3D and 2D drawings for new products using CAD or SolidWorks software.
- Collaborate and support the team in the new product development process from concept to launch
- Understanding product development plan to ensure production timeline is met.
- Maintaining current product design models and drawings in SolidWorks/CAD
- Staying current with advances in relevant technologies
- Assist during the product launch, seminars, exhibitions, and presentations.
- Create documentation compiling test results
- Remain informed of technological developments in the industry.
- Display flexibility and creativity in dealing with scheduling and other complex issues.
- Ensure that clear, concise, and accurate product specifications including BOMs, routings, drawings, and work instructions are maintained.
- Ability to conduct thorough research on company products
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality control standards
- Ability to working with inspection tools like Caliper, Micrometer,
- Comfortable being hands on ie. Fabricating, disassemble and assemble Axle etc.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Automotive engineering (preferred)
- Quality Control Knowledge with relevant experience is an asset
- Passion for Motorsports / Powersports / Automotive
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and simulation software.
- Work experience using SolidWorks is an asset
- SAE Project is an asset.
- Experience with 3D printing is an asset
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with suspension systems, drivetrain design, or vehicle dynamics.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Have a good knowledge with Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in English
- Mandarin is as asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
