Perfectly Snug is an exciting high tech startup that designs, digitally markets and manufactures a smart bed that is changing the way people sleep. We are a small but growing team working together to manufacture our product and expand our production capabilities located in Richmond, BC. The work environment is dynamic and friendly.

There is room for growth depending on the capabilities and enthusiasm that you bring to the team. Training will be provided.

We are looking for Production Team Members to join our adventure and our success. We have full-time 40 hr/week positions for day shift and part-time positions for afternoon shift (4-8pm). The job would involve:

- Building and assembling our product, the Smart Topper, which involves: running automated fabric cutting machines, electrical wiring and circuit board assembly, bonding and sewing fabric, gluing fabrics and foams.
- Working with engineers to expand and improve the manufacturing process.
- Receiving incoming materials and shipping finished product.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Being proactive to ensure the production quality is excellent and that customers are happy with what we ship.
- have skill in building and assembling mechanical and electrical systems
- be comfortable working with hand tools and light manufacturing equipment
- have a positive attitude and an aptitude that leads to learning and growth
- have orderly and clean behaviours
- comfort and skill using basic computer apps like spreadsheets and online systems
- easily and clearly communicate in english
- work experience in a production environment and with sewing is a benefit but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
