Office Assistant needed for busy Property Services and Restoration Company to manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties to trades and employees, deal with customers and suppliers on daily basis. Previous work experience in construction/restoration industry an asset. Looking for someone with skills such as strong communication, pleasant telephone manners, persuasiveness, good planning and organizing, critical thinking and problem solving, influencing and leading as well as high stress tolerance.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office program mandatory.
Previous experience in using Quickbooks an asset.

Please see below list of duties this position requires but is not necessary limited to:

- Communicate with clients, contractors & suppliers
- Plan, organize, direct and control daily scheduled activities
- Completing change orders, job tracking sheets & work orders
- Materials and services ordering
- Review time-sheets & invoices from employees and contractors
- Prepare various weekly and monthly reports

Previous Experience in Office Administration mandatory. Valid Driver's License.

Extended Medical / Dental Insurance offered after probationary period.

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
