**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel including Technicians, and Apprentices.
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues as needed.
- Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
- Train and mentor new hires, providing guidance and support.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and personnel performance.
**Qualifications**
- 310S Technician Licence Required
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record
- 3+ years of Service Technician experience Required
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
