**Position Summary**

CIMCO is looking for an experienced working Production Weld Supervisor at their Manufacturing facility in Burlington.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for overseeing a team of employees on the shop floor.
- Ensures that all work is being performed in accordance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and instruction to workers regarding safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Monitors work progress and quality to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents or violations.
- Collaborates with Foreman and Lead hands to coordinate work activities and schedules.
- May be involved in the hiring and training of new workers.

**Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**
- Past pipe and vessel experience is required.
- Familiar, or worked with TSSA.
- Supervisory or Foreman experience required.
- Ability to effectively manage and instruct a team of employees.
- Ability to perform hands on training or coaching.
- Ability to problem solve, make decisions, plan and organize jobs and tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Familiar with a Unionized environment.
