**Responsibilities**:

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
- Assist in marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts
- Conduct research on market trends and property values to assist in pricing negotiations
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents related to real estate transactions
- Support property management activities such as tenant screening and lease preparation

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong negotiation skills to assist in closing deals at favorable terms
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is preferred
- Previous administrative experience is desired, preferably in a real estate setting
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite

As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting real estate agents in their day-to-day operations.
