**As a Marketing Generalist, a typical day might include**:

- Market and Competitor analysis
- SEO, SEM, and Content creation
- Lead Generation, CRM, and HubSpot management
- Analytics, reporting, and optimization
- Systems, process, and project management
- Website and Intranet maintenance
- Public relations and media outreach
- Event an vendor management
- Internal communications and training
- Branding and localization

**Must Haves**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, considered an asset

**You want a leg up?**
- Experience with social media platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and research evolving marketing methods/practices
