In addition to the base salary, MistyWest offers a dynamic salary based on profit sharing, equity, banked time and other benefits.

We're working to get our total rewards program to be highly competitive industry-wide, with TCC salaries falling in the 60-95th percentile for comparable jobs and employers in Vancouver.

- Banked Time: Westies are paid for every hour they work in excess of 37.5 hours per week, paid out quarterly
