We are looking for** Customer **Support Representatives** who want to join a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service for our **partners** across Canada. **Customer** Support** is the front-line customer service department that interacts with our Partners. This is a business-to-business role to help assist LendCare partners with any questions. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our Partners are always receiving the type of service quality they expect
- Ask great questions in order to identify the Partners needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
- Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer-facing measured work environment considered an asset
- 1-2 years’ Experience in a call center environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create memorable customer experiences
- Achievement and results-oriented with a positive attitude
- Empathetic, compassionate and operate with integrity - really care for customers
- Proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and to work independently (self-motivated)
- Bilingual in English and French
- Full time availability to work on site at our Montreal, QC head office (address: 900, Boul. de Maisonneuve Ouest, Montréal, QC)

**Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays. (The schedule for the first two weeks of training is 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday)**
