**On a daily basis, agents have the following responsibilities**:

- Establish a climate of trust conducive to client retention.
- Answer calls and chats, identify customers needs and make an offer adapted to their lifestyle.
- Efficiently manage your time to optimize call processing.
- Support your teammates. It is by sharing our strategies that we can offer impeccable service.

**You will be an outstanding agent if you are**:

- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Excellent writing skills.
- High school graduate.
- Able to adapt to changing situations.
- Motivated by helping and building confidence.
- Masterful in the art of analysis and problem solving.

**Recognize yourself? Here's what we offer**:

- **One week paid training with the option to work from home after the probationary period.**:

- A 40-hour schedule, Monday through Friday between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- A salary of $16/ hour for bilingual agents.
- Several occasions to learn and develop (through online and peer training).
- The opportunity to become a coach or perhaps a Team Leader
- Everything you need, from collective insurance, to discounts at the gym, LaRonde and other partners.
- Dialogue: Virtual medical clinic for you and your family.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Zendesk: 1 year (preferred)
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Live chat: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- French (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
