**In this role you will be**:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of people management within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Have experience in maintaining operational excellence (staff training, shrink management, inventory management, etc.)
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail.
- Are self-motivated, and have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Possessing knowledge of coffee is an asset; enthusiasm is a must.
- Able to complete the Food Safety Certification and WHIMIS training.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
