**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Our Barista work goes beyond handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it's about creating a human connection with every customer.

1. Provide exceptional customer service that reflects NovelTea's values and standards, above all showing kindness to everyone.

2. Prepare all espresso, filter coffee, tea, and speciality drinks as per training and company standards. Attention to detail and ability to follow techniques exactly required.

3. Disinfecting, cleaning, dishes, stocking supplies, etc., must be able to lift 50 lb boxes occasionally and be on your feet for 8-9 hours.

4. Multitasking and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

5. Must be available some weekends, evenings, and holidays.

6. Light baking and kitchen prep.

**Qualifications Required**:
1. Food Handlers Certificate Required

2. Great attitude and team spirit

**Salary**: $15.00-$15.50 per hour
