En tant que Chef catégorie d'achat stratégique - logistique, vous contribuerez, en collaboration, à définir, promouvoir et implémenter les stratégies d’achat d’Agropur dans les domaines du transport et de l’entreposage.

Votre expertise dans les fondamentaux des Achats Stratégiques couplé à votre expérience dans le domaine de la Logistique feront de vous un(e) joueur(se) clef pour apporter de manière durable de la valeur ajoutée pour Agropur.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Être en charge de l’optimisation de la dépense Logistique, représentant un périmètre d’environ 200M$ en Amérique du Nord.
- Réalise des objectifs d’économies de couts ambitieux dans sa catégorie, par des appels d’offre, de la négociation, le changement de fournisseur ou reformulation / optimisation de la spécification/du besoin.
- Développe, socialise et implémente les stratégies d’achat logistique à long terme en collaboration et en support des équipes de gestion de projet logistique et des autres parties prenantes internes:

- Définit la meilleure approche d’approvisionnement selon le type de dépense (partenariat, coût total de possession, impartition, etc.)
- Dirige et pilote des appels d’offres, sélection des fournisseurs, négociation et officialisation des contrats, stratégies d’approvisionnement et de planification, suivi de la performance des fournisseurs, etc.
- Propose des projets permettant de réaliser des économies de coûts et des stratégies innovantes en vue de création de valeur
- Élabore des stratégies en lien avec la gestion de risque au sein de la catégorie
- Supporte la mise en place d’un processus de gestion de relation avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (une maîtrise est un atout)
- Expérience significative (5 ans et plus) dans un département d’Achats Stratégiques
- Expérience dans des activités logistique (transport, entreposage) serait un atout
- Bilinguisme ( Interlocuteurs internes et externes anglophones)
- Leadership et habiletés marqués en relations interpersonnelles
- Bonnes aptitudes opérationnelles tout en ayant une vision stratégique à long terme
