**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the capital management & technical services construction project team
- Coordinate and track capital project approvals
- Administer the purchase order approval process
- Review and process invoices and supporting documentation, in accordance with internal policies
- Update capital project information and approvals into a consolidated project database
- Administer consolidated reporting for capital project progress updates and forecasts
- Assist with regular project forecasting exercises and annual capital budget process
- Assemble, review, and maintain document storage (ie. contracts, close-out documents)
- Assist with coordinating contractor pre-qualification and on-going vendor management
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- 2-3 Years of administrative experience (experience with property management and/or real estate management firms preferred but not required)
- Post-secondary education in project management, engineering, business administration, and/or related work experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a multi-disciplined environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- High attention to details and provide accuracy on projects
- Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, formulas)
- Working knowledge with Yardi and Microsoft Share Point is an asset
