Lifestyle Home Products is a family-owned business, proudly serving homeowners across Ontario. We make all of our sunrooms, porch enclosures, vinyl replacement windows and exterior doors at our 150,000 sq. ft. factory in beautiful Peterborough, Ontario. What makes our company unique is our people. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic **Recruiter **to help us continue to build and grow.

**Your Profile**:

- Possess strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Prepare, deliver and follow up on approved offer letters and onboarding documents;
- Assist with HR administrative matters such as HR metrics, employment verification letters, and administration;
- Ensure employee file and sign-off requirements are accurate and up-to-date;

**Your Experience/Education**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment;
- Strong knowledge of the ESA and Human Rights legislation;
- Experience with multiple methods of sourcing & recruiting passive and active prospects;
- Demonstrated ability to source & recruit for a broad range of positions & levels;
- Questions the status-quo and looks for ways to improve work;
- Ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders
- Ability to work remotely or in the office;
- Computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
