LAB TECHNICIAN IN BOAR STUD

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Receiving and analysis of samples
- Processing and packaging of doses
- Lab cleaning
- General maintenance as needed
- Participation in regular training and quality control procedures

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION:

- Willingness and ability to learn; strong team and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Positive work ethic and attitude, attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 kg
- Experience in the swine industry would be an asset
- Knowledge of biology and lab procedure would be a strong asset but not necessary

SHIFT ROUTINE:

- Sunday (afternoon/evening)
- Tuesday (day)
- Thursday (day)
- Opportunity for additional shifts once trained

**Salary**: $33,280.00-$35,360.00 per year
