Job Overview:
must be able to work good with others also willing and able to do physical labour work also the company does trucking ,floating euipment ,paving, sealing and line painting ,screening topsoil,hydro seeding ,land scaping ,snow clearing and ice control.

Must be able to operate standard dump truck.

Must be able to operate escavators

must be able to work on their own.

Must be able to put stuff on grade with laser level

Reference checks will be conducted on all applicants

There will be in person interviews and I'm aiming to have someone start by July 1st.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes, escavators, pavers, rollers, dump truck driver, and farm equipment.
- Perform tasks such as digging, building, and moving materials using the equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in excavator operation, loader operation, backhoe operation, Caterpillar machinery operation, and farm machinery operation.
- Ability to build, dig, and operate heavy equipment effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
