Giant Tiger is looking for a **Replenishment Coordinator **to support the **Grocery **forecasting and replenishment team through clerical maintenance of Purchase order, inventory, and to maintain reliable data in our ERP. This is a hybrid role where the incumbent will come onsite to our Ottawa Home Office 1-2 times/week

**Replenishment Coordinator, Role Highlights**:

- Update Purchase Orders with rescheduled dates, quantity or costing discrepancies
- Support Northwest Company (NWC) with daily PO updates as requested, including entry of PO's for NWC Return Sheets and orders
- .Cleanup of outstanding store/purchase orders to reflect correct on-order including R&R
- Prepare adhoc reports to support KPI's in stock and inventory turns
- Create daily meat orders from return sheets as needed
- Execute actions on adhoc business request by the Replenishment Managers
- Data entry of Purchase orders or updates to PO's (packaging or pricing discrepancy) into Vendor portals as required
- Data entry of updates to sku file as needed - MOQ's, batch sizing etc

**Replenishment Coordinator, Key Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Equivalent of a post-secondary degree/diploma in related field or commensurate work experience
- 1 - 2 years+ work experience, preferably in sourcing, product development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Familiar with working in ERP such as JDA.
- Well developed organizational skills with ability to set priorities, multi-task and perform under deadline pressures.
- Well developed problem solving skills.
- High level of self management and ability to collaborate.
- Good attention to detail.
- Work or Education to logistics/inventory management
