**In this role, you will**:

- Collaborate on the planning and development of business planning priorities and roadmap for OCAS, including regular communication of business planning initiatives and insights
- Support business line owners in aligning OCAS' strategic plan into the short
- and long-term strategic priorities and reviewing financial performance of each business line
- Perform business line and operational analysis, including but not limited to financial, risk, gap, SWOT, product, competitive, market, and process review to assess needs, financial and operational health, and alignment with strategic priorities
- Prepare comprehensive financial analysis with insights and recommendations, including product and service pricing
- Prepare viability studies of potential new products and services
- Coordinate organizational planning, goal setting, and establishment of OKRs and KPIs for OCAS' areas of focus as part of the budget and forecasting process
- Collect and report on KPIs and progress towards OKRs, including insights relating to areas of concern and opportunity
- Lead change management process for approved changes resulting from business planning recommendations

**You should have**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree relevant to Business Planning, with three to five years of relevant experience
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Initiative to meet multiple deadlines under general supervision
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships within and external to the organization
- Experience leading change management initiatives and working within change management frameworks
- Ability to provide accurate and sound business reports, guidance, and recommendations to decision makers
- Ability to assess and interpret financial statements and reports
- Understanding of project management principles - including planning, needs assessment, identifying key contributors, strong time management of self and others, ability to hold others accountable, regular communications, and support to change management

**Salary**: $85,000 - $105,000
