Do you take pride in running a project from start to finish while making a difference in clients’ lives?

We are a cabinet manufacturing & Architectural Millwork shop. We are looking for a driven, dedicated, and self-motivated individual to join our team.

To join our team, you possess 10+ years of experience in the trade. You must have a strong knowledge of Architectural Millwork. In addition, you must have an excellent understanding of cabinetry construction, millwork components, installations, specialty hardware, and take-offs, and you will be able to read shop drawings, you are able to do machining & assembly, and know what it takes to meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to)**
- Ability to install all product
- Review Shop Drawings that come from a draftsperson
- To have experience in building & installing all cabinet & millwork
- Wall paneling
- To be able to work with all millwork & cabinet Machinery
- Follow projects from start to finish (From submittals to project close-out)
- Follow Shop Policies and Procedures
- Communicate with Management, Project Managers & Installers
- Order & Track project materials
- Produce/Review Material Take-Offs and Hardware lists
- Manage costs on projects to achieve budgeted profit margins

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 10+ years of experience in Cabinet manufacturing and millwork build and installation
- Architectural Millwork: 5 years minimum
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of running multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability in AutoCAD is an asset

The salary range starts at $45,000 and up, depending on experience. Someone with all the experience we have specified could receive a higher salary

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 10 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6G5 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6G5: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
