Red Wireless seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our exceptional team. This position presents an opportunity to spearhead a group of talented team leads and telephone sales representatives in promoting and selling our home internet and wireless packages to prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of telephone sales representatives, inspiring them to consistently surpass customer service/sales targets and achieve remarkable results.
- Develop and implement innovative service/sales strategies that maximize revenue generation and expand Red Wireless’s market share. Continuously evaluate sales data, identify emerging trends, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by providing comprehensive guidance and mentoring to team leads, enhancing their abilities to motivate and inspire their respective sales teams. Elevate their performance levels and equip them with the skills needed for continuous success.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and utilize these insights to make informed adjustments to sales strategies, ensuring optimal results and aligning the team with evolving market demands.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes creativity, productivity, and team cohesion. Encourage open communication, recognize achievements, and inspire individual growth within the team.

Qualifications:

- Track record of achieving outstanding results in a call centre management role, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in successfully selling home internet packages or wireless plans, with an in-depth understanding of the industry’s dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams. Cultivate a strong sense of purpose, commitment, and accountability among team members.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with team members.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting sales data, uncovering patterns, and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, underscoring your commitment to professional development.
