**Location**: - Greater Toronto Area with occasional travel within Ontario (actual work location(s) will be different from On The Level’s head office)

**Job Duties**:

- This includes but is not limited to:

- Fitting and installing trim, doors, moldings, and hardware.
- Measuring and cutting and joining material made of wood substrates.
- Repairing and renovating wooden structures.
- The specific duties for the job vary from project to project.
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with sub-trades, external customers and industry partners.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to communicate with clients fluently in English
- Minimum 1-3 years residential /commercial experience.
- Must have own reliable vehicle, possess and maintain a valid Class “A” or “D” Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Must be physically able to perform the essential duties with respect to general contracting.
- Must own basic tools and have demonstrated ability to safely operate tools and equipment necessary for this work.
- Must have current WHMIS certification.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent working knowledge of building code and adherence to all applicable Occupational Health and Safety Act rules and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret documentation pertinent to the work (i.e. instructions, prints, drawings, sketches, operating diagrams, work protection documents, etc.).
- Have an industrious work ethic and proven ability/flexibility to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to multitask and collaborate on projects with clients and partners as needed.
- Ability to work nights as needed
