▪ A Finish Carpenter plays a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of construction projects through the precise installation of final aesthetic elements. Collaborating with other construction professionals, the Finish Carpenter transforms spaces by skillfully incorporating trim, molding, doors, custom woodwork, and other decorative features. Attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship are essential to ensure the completed project meets design specifications and exceeds client expectations.

**Experience**:
▪ Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finish carpentry.

**Pay Range**:
▪ The pay range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and expertise in the range of $18 to $45 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:
▪ Install interior finish woodwork, including trim, doors, baseboards, wainscoting etc.

▪ Install exterior finish woodwork, including wood siding, cabanas, decks etc.

▪ Measure, cut and shape materials with precision for a seamless fit.

▪ Occasionally execute the installation of cabinetry, shelving, and built-in features with meticulous attention to detail.

▪ Repair or replace damaged woodwork to maintain a consistent, polished appearance.

▪ Collaborate with construction team members to align work with project timelines.

▪ Interpret and follow blueprints and design plans accurately.

▪ Utilize a variety of tools, such as saws, drills, routers, nail guns and sanders, to achieve high-quality results.

▪ Select and procure materials for projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

▪ Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to relevant safety regulations.

▪ Provide expertise and recommendations to enhance the overall design and functionality of the finished product.

**Job Requirements**:
▪ Must have personal tools such as tool belt, hammer, tape measure, utility knife, chisels etc.

▪ Owning power tools such as miter saws, drills, routers, nail guns, compressors etc. is a valuable asset.

▪ Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a similar role.

▪ Proficient in working with various carpentry tools and equipment.

▪ Strong understanding of construction techniques and building codes.

▪ Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.

▪ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.

▪ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

▪ Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.

▪ Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during installations.

▪ Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

▪ High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in carpentry is a plus.
